Every Mystical Sands order is packed by hand and shipped from our studio in Frisco, Texas.

Processing time

In-stock orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Personalized pieces need an additional 3–5 business days. During launches, holidays and sales, processing may take a little longer — we'll let you know if there's a delay.

U.S. shipping

• Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $60 or more (before taxes, after discounts).
• Orders under $60: shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address.
• Standard (USPS Ground Advantage): usually 2–5 business days after shipping.
• UPS Ground and faster options are available at checkout where offered.

International shipping

We ship to Canada and most countries worldwide via USPS, UPS and DHL. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout; most international orders arrive within 7–21 business days. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country and are the customer's responsibility unless prepaid at checkout. We can't control customs delays.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships. You can also check on our Order Status page.

Address changes & cancellations

Need to change your address or cancel? Email support@mysticalsands.com right away with your order number. We can make changes until your order ships. Please double-check your address at checkout — we aren't responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Lost, late or damaged packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of shipping (21 business days for international), or it arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos if applicable. We'll open a claim with the carrier and work with you on a replacement or refund. Once tracking shows a package as delivered, please check with neighbors and your local post office first.
