Every order is packed by hand at our studio in Frisco, Texas. In-stock pieces ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Personalized pieces need an extra 3–5 business days to make.

Yes — as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email support@mysticalsands.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you need. Once an order has shipped, we can't cancel it, but you're welcome to return it under our return policy.

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders of $60 or more. Under $60, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. Faster options (like UPS) are available at checkout.

After your order ships, U.S. standard delivery (USPS Ground Advantage) usually takes 2–5 business days. Total time from order to your door is typically 3–8 business days.

Yes, we ship to Canada and most countries worldwide with USPS, UPS and DHL. Rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. International orders usually arrive in 7–21 business days depending on the carrier and customs.

Import duties, taxes and customs fees are set by your country and are the buyer's responsibility unless they're prepaid at checkout. Some DHL Express options let you prepay duties so there are no surprises on delivery.

Tracking can pause for a day or two while packages move between facilities. If your order hasn't arrived 10 business days after shipping (21 for international), email us with your order number and we'll open a claim with the carrier and make it right.

You can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Pieces must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned with their original pouch, box and card. Personalized or custom pieces and gift cards are final sale. See our full Refund Policy.

Email support@mysticalsands.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number, the item(s) you're returning, and whether you'd like a refund or an exchange. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping charges aren't refundable. If we made a mistake or your item arrived damaged or defective, we'll cover the return and send a replacement.

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 3 business days. Your bank may take another 5–10 business days to show it.

Our jewelry is made from 316L stainless steel — the same surgical-grade steel used in medical and marine applications — finished with PVD gold plating. PVD (physical vapor deposition) bonds the gold color to the steel far more durably than traditional plating. Where a piece includes pearls, stones or enamel, the product page says so.

Yes. You can shower, swim, sweat and wash your hands in it. Stainless steel with PVD plating is designed to hold its color with everyday wear and water.

No. Our pieces are made to resist tarnish and rust, and won’t turn your skin green, and every piece is backed by our Lifetime Warranty. Follow the care tips below to keep the finish looking its best.

Yes. Every Mystical Sands piece comes with a Lifetime Warranty against tarnishing, rusting and color fading with normal everyday wear. If the gold finish on your piece ever tarnishes, rusts or fades, email support@mysticalsands.com with your order number (or market receipt) and a photo, and we'll replace it with the same or a similar piece. Replacement shipping within the U.S. is on us.

The warranty doesn't cover breakage or bending, lost pieces, stones or pearls, scratches from normal wear, or damage from misuse or alterations. Manufacturing defects (like a faulty clasp) should be reported within 14 days of delivery. See our full warranty terms.

Yes. 316L stainless steel has very low nickel release, which makes it gentle on sensitive skin and a go-to for people who react to typical "fashion" jewelry.

Wipe it with a soft cloth after wear, and clean it with mild soap and warm water when needed. Avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, chlorine-heavy hot tubs and abrasive cleaners. Store pieces separately in your Mystical Sands pouch to prevent scratches. Pearls and enamel are more delicate — put them on after perfume and lotion.

Sized rings are listed in U.S. sizes. If you're between sizes, size up. Many of our rings are adjustable (it says so in the name) and fit most fingers.
