We aim to ship your treasures quickly and securely.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

  • Shipping Options:

    • Standard Shipping (2–8 business days) – Free for orders over $50

    • Express Shipping (1–3 business days) – Available at checkout for an additional fee

  • Multiple Items: If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. Don’t worry—you’ll still receive tracking details for each shipment.

Returns Policy

We want you to love every piece from Mystical Sands, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Return Window: 7 days from the date your order was delivered.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and in as-new condition (including jewelry pouches and tags).

  • Exclusions: Personalized, engraved, or “Final Sale” items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Photo Proof: We may ask for a photo of the item(s) before approving a return to confirm condition.

How to Initiate a Return:

Please email us at support@mysticalsands.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • A clear photo of the item(s) (if requested)

We’ll guide you through the return process and provide shipping instructions.

 


 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (minus any shipping fees if applicable). Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
